A little of what the last few years looked like
Most "bad floor" calls aren't the floor. If a room feels bouncy or the planks keep separating, the subfloor underneath is usually the problem, and covering it up with new flooring just buys you a year. Kellie's levels and repairs the subfloor first, which is why the floors stay flat.
